ALL hypnosis is self-hypnosis - a state of focussed attention, which you have doubtlessly been in and out of many times each day, but never harnessed productively. We want to teach you how. It’s really simple. Simple, but not necessarily easy!
There is a catch though....you have to be willing to practise using your imagination daily....really enhancing just how vividly you can choose to see your thoughts. People who do this easily do have an advantage. However, even if this is not a simple process for you, the good news is that it will become easier and easier the more you practise. We have tried to make this as effective as possible by producing a wide variety of audio files that relate to the relevant parts of your treatment journey. All you have to do is relax back and listen.
